I knew it!!!!!!
I am really enjoying my co-workers. Each one is so unique and a blast to chat with. I never really liked "girl-chat" until now. It's do out of character for me!! Anyway, one particular co-worker has stood out as someone that shares a lot of similar interest, views, and lifestyle. Well, today I discovered that her live-in boyfriend is an inactive member of our church!! I knew there was something!!! They are both really great people and have two small kids together. She also has two older kids from a previous marriage. I want to invite them over for dinner. I am just so excited. I'm not sure if they are planning on getting married but they are so sweet to each other!

Cool! A few month ago I was so excited to share the gospel with a mommy I met but she was already mormon. :) I'm glad you are enjoying your new job!!

Owen and I were just talking about how funny it is that members are attracted to each other, active or not - I have been playing with a mom and her son at the park for about 2 weeks now and just found out today they are inactive mormons! Good luck and I'm glad you enjoy your job so much!
ReplyDeleteAww that's so cute. Oh and for the hole in the wallet thing.. I went to Walmart last week with Bruce and for $8, I walked out with a 50 cent bottle of cinnamon, a clipboard, and a small packet of stationery. I was so upset! That's 1/3 the cost of a printer the day after Thanksgiving!
ReplyDeleteNate!! You are just like your mother and Granddaddy Jack...as soon as you walk in the store, they cut all the prices by 80%!!!! I price-match and go on sale days and I still don't get the bargains you do...but then I don't go off at the break of dawn on black Friday to get the deals either.
